Interesting circa 1990 cover from Peshawar University, in Pakistan.  Address label apparently removed; printed matter cover with 4 "save mothers lives" stamps; Scott 732.  Writers Union of Free Afghanistan; a very interesting piece relating to the tumultuous history of the region.
