    This is a serial-to-GPIB interface, National Instruments model GPIB-232CT-A.  It allows a computer with an RS-232 to control, talk, and listen on a GPIB, and is capable of interfacing RS-232 instruments and peripherals to the GPIB.  Further information is available on the internet.
    Very good condition.  Guaranteed functional.  Shows only minor cosmetic wear due to use and storage.  A standard North American 115vac line cord is included.
