Manufacturer Description:
The National Instruments PXI-1045 (Part Number: 778645-01) is a high performance 18-slot Chassis intended for an extensive variety of applications, including automated testing, numerous-device synchronization, and other types of systems with a high-channel-count. By automatically designing the trigger routing modules on the chassis backplane, triggers can be directed between gadgets easily. This CompactPCI-compatible Chassis includes a low-jitter 10 MHz reference clock for gadget synchronization. For importing or exporting framework reference clocks, the NI PXI-1045 incorporates two BNC I/O connectors on the back of the chassis.
A low-jitter 10 MHz framework reference clock is provided to every peripheral slot of the PXI-1045 Chassis. The user can utilize the interior framework reference clock, with a skew of under 250 ps between slots to synchronize different gadgets and perform one of a kind phase connected estimations. The PXI-1045 Chassis can be configured with NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). This software configuration tool allows the user to configure PXI systems with ease because it is not necessary to manually install initialization files. MAX enables users to save PXI trigger lines on the chassis backplane, therefore stopping devices from double-driving trigger lines.
The PXI 1045 has three fans which offer 25 W cooling capacity in every slot when set to low or 24 W when the fan speed is on high. The NI PXI-1045 highlights an AUTO/HIGH fan-speed selector that gives a HIGH fan setting to amplify cooling and an AUTO fan setting to limit acoustic discharges. When it is set to AUTO, the PXI-1045 Chassis screens air consumption temperature and changes fan speed. This PXI Chassis also has an AC power supply, which can replaced with NI part number 778647-01.
Each Aeroflex PXI RF signal generator supports generation of complex modulated signals for digital radio communications test as well as basic AM and FM modulation and CW applications. Their excellent level accuracy, low noise, speed and wide bandwidth make them an ideal choice for high-volume automated production test.

The PXI-6509 can directly drive external digital devices such as solid-state relays (SSRs). You can configure each port for input or output, and no external power supply is required for outputs. Using programmable power-up states, you can configure the initial output states in software to ensure glitch-free, safe operations when connected to industrial actuators. If a computer or application fault occurs, the PXI-6509 can use digital I/O watchdogs to switch to a configurable safe output state to ensure detection and safe recovery from fault conditions. Programmable input filters eliminate glitches/spikes and provide debouncing for digital switches/relays through a software-selectable digital filter.

PXI-5404 100 MHz Frequency/Clock Generator
The M9146A contains two 1x4 RF switch multiplexers in a single PXI module. It offers 50 ohm inputs with bi-directional switching up to 3 GHz. This module features excellent insertion loss and VSWR for better RF signal integrity as well as outstanding dynamic range for routing RF signals into your measurement equipment. In addition, each path is carefully designed to ensure repeatable RF performance. Connections are made through easy, snap-on SMB connectors.
The PXI-6508 uses four, 24-bit programmable peripheral interfaces (PPIs) that can each be divided into three, 8-bit ports. The PXI-6508 can interface to peripherals or other computers, and it can operate in either a unidirectional or bidirectional mode and handshake with peripheral equipment. The PXI-6508 is well suited for applications that require onboard pull-up resistors.
