The NI USB-6251 is a USB high-speed M Series multifunction data acquisition (DAQ) module optimized to maintain high accuracy at high sample rates.
The NI USB-6251 is designed for mobile or space-constrained applications. NI-DAQmx drivers and measurement services software provide an easy-to-use configuration and programming interface, and features such as the DAQ Assistant help reduce development time.
The module also has the new NI signal read and write technology, which realizes DMA-like bidirectional high-speed data flow operation on the USB bus. For more information on reading and writing NI signals, click the Technical Resources section.

Every M Series DAQ device includes a copy of NI LabVIEW SignalExpress LE, allowing you to quickly acquire, analyze, and display data without programming. In addition to LabVIEW SignalExpress, M Series DAQ devices are compatible with the following NI application software versions (or more) - LabVIEW 7.1, LabWindows/CVI 7.x, or Measurement Studio 7.x. NI M Series data acquisition devices are also compatible with Visual Studio .NET, ANSI C/C++, and Visual Basic 6.0.
