All foreign mailings must now use the USPS International First Class Small Parcel rate when applicable by size and weight instead of the cheaper USPS International First Class Letter rate that I have used for 10 years to save postage charges for international customers. This unfortunate action by the USPS has significantly increased the postage charges for foreign locations.
