The STEELMAN 1520 1/4 Inch 90-Degree Angle Pneumatic Die Grinder combines hardened spiral bevel gears with ball bearing construction to produce a smooth operating and easy to use hand held power tool. It features a powerful 0.5 HP motor that peaks with a 22,000 RPM free run speed and is controlled with a safety locking tease-trigger for precision control as well as protection from accidental startups. The one-piece body shell design simplifies maintenance by eliminating leak points and connections that can cause leaks over time. The 1/4-inch collet is set at a 90-degree angle to the body and is designed to accept a wide range of heads and bits to help you get the job done right with quick-swappable convenience. Highly efficient, the motor runs on a mere 4 cubic feet of compressed air at 90 PSI. The air inlet on the tool's base is threaded to accept a conventional 1/4-inch NPT fitting or quick disconnect coupler. Tool measures 6.5-inches long and weighs 1.5-pounds letting it get into tight spaces when needed all while not tiring out operators like heavier designs.
