Vandoren developed the Java reeds in 1983 for jazz and commercial music. These reeds are unique in that they have a thicker extremity and a more flexible pallet than the Traditional reeds, which allows for vibration over a larger surface area with maximum elasticity. This type of vertebral column gives the musician much greater playing flexibility as the resultant elasticity zone is very large. What's this really mean? The java reeds have a brighter, larger sound than their counterparts.  The musician also has a lot more freedom of expression as well. The Java Green are unfiled reeds, and are individually sealed to ensure freshness.

Return Policy
Refunds are issued within 30 days of the date the customer's order is received. Merchandise and packaging MUST be in the same condition as when received. Items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Alto Music reserves the right to refuse any return if it appears the item has been used. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the customer's order included free shipping, the customer will be refunded order amount, less Alto Music's original shipping cost.
